Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America provide various sorts of corps and draught animals for people worldwide. These contributions change our lives a lot. Those high-yielding farm production contain different types of nutrition in comparison with normal ones.

Vegetarians in developed countries need a much more expanded daily menu of food than normal people. In Chille, Peru and Bolivia, peasants grow a kind of wheat – quinoa, which has become widely consumed by vegetarians in recent decades. According to the researchers description, “La quinoa contiene los nueve aminoácidos esenciales, lo que la convierte en una fuente de proteína completa, lo cual es raro para los alimentos de origen vegetal. Esto es especialmente importante para los vegetarianos y veganos, que pueden tener dificultades para obtener las proteínas adecuadas de una dieta basada en plantas”, this kind of crop, contains all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein source, so it can take the place of meat in vegetarians’ daily life and at the same time, keep them healthy.

In 1950s, Cuban visitors led by Che Guevara brought Rana Toro from Latin America, which became a welcomed ingredient in Hot pot, and could also be used in traditional Chinese meals. For example, chefs also developed spicy fried Rana Toro. A trader living in Spain named Chan Tim travelled to China with several Spanish tourists, and introduced the species to his friend: ”En las últimas décadas economicas Olla calientes. Rana Toro crece rápido, y es de bajo precio.“ From the introduction, they knew that this farm animal from Cuba supplied another choice of food for China, a country with a population of 1.4 billion, which suffered serious hunger causing over 6000 million deaths due to social movement from the 1950s to 1970s.

The cheap and high-yield farm produce from Latin America became a solution against the great volume of food required in the world. Still, with the growth of the economy and education, more and more people started to distrust the safety problems these cheap things might have. The same question appeared during the time that fast food began to cause health troubles in the past century, these doubts may always exist when new productions begin to form a part of human’s ives, and I believe that relevant solutions in law will be published soon.
